Job summary

PayPad is seeking a UX Designer to create user flows and interfaces for mobile and web apps, iterating quickly to develop prototypes for user testing. You will partner with a skilled technology team to translate customer needs into the product portfolio.

The role requires strong UI design, usability focus, and experience in workshop facilitation, agile development, and lean UX to drive user-centered solutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge in design- and interaction patterns for mobile apps & websites.
• Strong UI design skills.
• Focus on usability with a customer-centric mind-set.
• Knowledge in building interactive prototypes.
• Professional usage of Sketch, Adobe CS, Balsamiq, inVision, Flinto.
• Knowledge in workshop facilitation.
• Experience in agile product development and lean UX.
