Job summary

PlusMinusOne, a mobile startup studio, is seeking an exceptional UI/UX Designer to shape the future of mobile apps loved by millions. You will turn low- and high-fidelity ideas into complete interfaces, build design systems, and push UX with AI-enabled tooling in a fast-paced hybrid environment with offices in San Francisco and Istanbul.

You will collaborate with designers, PMs, growth marketers, engineers, and QA to deliver end-to-end designs, establish guidelines, and identify improvements

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating mobile UI/UX design across platforms.
• Experience with design systems and product thinking.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Transform wireframes into polished mobile interfaces with visuals.
• Define design guidelines and reusable components.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and QA in a multidisciplinary team.
• Stay current with design trends and AI tooling.
