Teknasyon in Turkey is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who wants to grow with us and use AI to make our content feel native and natural for users worldwide. This role is about influencing how our products are perceived across continents, not just completing tasks.

You will own the UX process end-to-end—from research and discovery through final interface design—build high‑fidelity prototypes, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and contribute to scalable design systems in Figma.

Qualifications

8+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
Proven ability to lead UX projects end-to-end across platforms.
Strong knowledge of design systems and interaction design.
Experience with AI-assisted design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the UX process end-to-end from research to final interface.
Create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes.
Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and other designers.
Develop scalable design systems in Figma.
Support basic print production when needed.

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who wants to grow with us and use AI to make our content feel native and natural all around the world. This role is not just about executing tasks; it’s an opportunity to directly influence how our products are perceived by users across different continents.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Own the UX process end-to-end - from research and discovery through to final interface design - and contribute to product decisions.
Proficient in interaction design and micro-interaction design.
Design across all formats: responsive web, mobile app (iOS/Android), logo, mailing, store/CPP visuals, social media, and presentations.
Build high-fidelity, clickable prototypes, using AI-assisted tools to speed up visual production.
Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers, and manage the design-to-dev handoff.
Take on basic print production work for occasional seasonal needs.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

8+ years of UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio showing both UX process and UI craft.
Strong command of Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
Experience in setting up and developing advanced design systems in Figma and creating consistent interfaces compatible with component libraries.
Proficiency in iOS and Android Material Design principles.
Proficiency in user flows and information architecture.
A data-driven approach to UX decisions, with experience in interaction and micro-interaction design.
Plus familiarity with frontend fundamentals.
Basic print knowledge for periodic print jobs and familiarity with Photoshop/Illustrator.
Excellent communication skills and ease working cross-functionally.
A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, someone who takes feedback well and manages time and priorities across multiple projects.
