Indie Souls Studio is an indie game studio crafting calm, curiosity-driven games for PC and consoles. We seek a Unity developer to build new titles from scratch and keep existing releases running smoothly.

You’ll work on physics, co-op networking, saving systems, and performance, with a focus on reliable, testable gameplay and clean architecture. Join a small team with rapid iteration and a passion for quality.

Qualifications

• At least one shipped or playable piece of work in Unity and C#.
• Hands-on experience with physics, profiling and memory.
• Comfortable with Git, including LFS and scene merge conflicts.
• Habit of readable, testable code: game logic lives apart from MonoBehaviour.

Responsibilities

• Build new games in C# and Unity from prototype to Steam launch.
• Set up and maintain the networking layer on co-op projects.
• Carry the infrastructure: Steam integration (achievements, cloud saves), the save system, performance, crash diagnostics.
• Fix bugs and ship updates for our released games.
• Test the code you write with Unity Test Runner; tests are a rule, not a preference.
