Voodoo is seeking an outstanding Game Developer to join a fast-paced team working on hyper-casual and casual mobile games. You will engage in hands-on coding, drive innovative gameplay ideas, and balance core parameters for millions of players.

You will collaborate with a senior multidisciplinary team, contribute to roadmaps, and help shape technical leadership while maintaining high coding standards and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• Creative and hacker mindset.
• Strong sense of gameplay experience with attention to detail.
• 5+ years of professional experience on Unity or other game engines.
• Proven track record in top-tier mobile games.
• Familiar with optimization issues.
• Comfortable with full-remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage in hands-on coding and create features played by millions.
• Balance core gameplay parameters and maintain high quality.
• Manage development cycles with teammates to execute roadmaps.
• Collaborate with GM on recruitment and onboarding of the team.
• Ensure high standards of coding practices for long-term quality.
• Monitor product health and drive improvements with the tech team.
• Analyze, adapt, and deconstruct mobile game mechanics.
• Work with product leadership on roadmap, rollouts and adoption.
• Provide technical leadership to the team.
