Voodoo in Istanbul is seeking a senior Unity C# Game Developer to lead architecture, feature development, and design for casual games. You will collaborate with product managers, artists, engineers, and data analysts to deliver high-quality gameplay experiences.

You will work within an internal studio focused on a promising prototype, ensuring timely delivery and robust performance while enhancing the game's core mechanics for scale.

Qualifications

• Advanced Unity knowledge (3+ years) including scripting in C#, UI systems and animation.
• Strong problem solving and workflow improvement skills.
• Experience with game production processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with analytics-driven development and A/B testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with small teams of Unity Game Developers and Artists.
• Implement game logic and systems in C# using Unity.
• Adapt and extend an existing code base to improve functionality, stability and performance.
• Provide guidance and share expert knowledge to drive timely, high-quality results.
