Iq Motion is seeking a Digital Designer to translate client needs into compelling UI/UX for websites and mobile apps. You will create storyboards, prototypes, and design templates, collaborating with a cross-functional team to ensure brand alignment.

You will produce high-quality, accessible visual designs, maintain design standards, and document processes for developers. A strong portfolio and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio of work demonstrating UI/UX capabilities.
• Agency experience is a plus and preferred.
• Superior attention to detail and meticulous design documentation.
• Experience with wireframe tools and creating prototypes.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA).
• Stay updated on industry trends to deliver relevant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality, human-centered design features across front end and back end.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes; conduct usability testing.
• Develop compelling experiences aligned with client goals and brand.
• Lead cohesive look-and-feel and standardized UX across applications.
• Create illustrations that fit brand guidelines to reinforce messaging.
• Evaluate competitor sites and provide meaningful analyses.
• Create interactive prototypes to test design solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and partners to implement roadmap.
• Document requirements and specify interactions for developers.
