Job summary

PlusMinusOne is seeking an exceptional Product Manager to shape the future of mobile. You’ll work in a hybrid setup with offices in Istanbul and San Francisco, using AI daily to analyze, prototype, and document.

You’ll own product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle for our mobile apps, collaborating with engineers, designers, data teams, and growth to deliver valuable user experiences. We value an entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset, strong English communication, and a proven ability

Qualifications

• Experience aligning product strategy with AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define the biggest problems and opportunities and validate lean solutions.
• Run continuous experiments through hypotheses, A/B tests, and iterative delivery.
• Prototype with AI hands-on, with engineering guardrails.
• Shape and execute product strategy, roadmap and features for our mobile apps.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timing and quality.
• Collaborate with builders, designers, data, growth, and agents.
• Own the end-to-end user experience and maintain high quality and satisfaction.
• Track market trends to spot new product opportunities.

PlusMinusOne is a mobile startup studio that focuses on developing and marketing its own apps that are used and loved by millions of people around the world. Our products collectively reach more than a half-millionnew users every month in the US market alone. Our team works in hybrid model with offices in San Francisco and Istanbul.

We have been building mobile products focused on Business, Photo & Video, and Education categories in the App Store mainly for the US market since 2016. And in each of these categories, our goal is the same:provide actual value to people with the best mobile user experience.

We’re in an exciting period of growth and are looking for an exceptional Product Manager who will help us shape the future of mobile.

What we are looking for:

• AI-native by default. You already use AI every day — for analysis, research, prototyping and documentation. It’s not a tool you occasionally reach for; it’s how you get work done.
• A builder mindset. You don’t stop at the spec: you prototype with AI, test your own ideas, and validate them yourself — this week, not next quarter.
• A strong passion for understanding and solving users’ problems.
• A practical grasp of modern AI capabilities and limits — and how to turn them into product value.
• Experiment-driven. You think in hypotheses, ship tests continuously, and let data pick the winner.
• Able to manage AI trade-offs (quality vs. speed vs. cost) and prioritize on both quantitative and qualitative signals.
• Sharp analytical thinking, with an instinct for the highest-impact work.
• An entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset.
• Current on AI trends, the mobile ecosystem and user behavior.
• Strong English and collaboration skills.
  

Great bonus if you have:

• 2+ years as a PM in a mobile app company.
• Hands-on product analytics — you read funnels, cohorts and test results yourself.
• Familiarity with Agile and the Shape Up model.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Define the biggest problems and opportunities — and solve them lean: test first, build only what proves itself.
• Run continuous experiments through hypothesis, A/B, ship, repeat.
• Prototype with AI yourself — hands-on, with engineering guardrails, instead of waiting on a roadmap.
• Shape and execute product strategy, roadmap and features for our mobile apps.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch — timing and quality included.
• Collaborate hands-on with builders, designers, data, growth — and, increasingly, agents.
• Own the user experience end to end; hold the bar on quality and satisfaction.
• Track the market and trends to spot new product opportunities.
