Job summary

Ministry of CRM is seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to craft CRM journeys, dashboards, and email systems. You’ll move between brand polish and practical product thinking, delivering wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready files for our hybrid teams in Istanbul.

The role emphasizes reusable design patterns, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong eye for accessibility and conversion. Hybrid work and iterative handoff processes are core to the role.

Qualifications

• Professional UX/UI or digital design experience.
• Strong layout, typography, hierarchy, and interaction design fundamentals.
• Comfort designing in Figma for handoff to developers.
• Ability to move between campaign assets and product-style interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design CRM journey touchpoints, landing pages, email systems, dashboards, and internal tool interfaces.
• Translate briefs into wireframes, UI flows, prototypes, and production-ready design files.
• Balance brand polish, conversion clarity, accessibility, and development feasibility.
• Collaborate with developers to preserve design intent through build and QA.
