Job summary

Canva Istanbul seeks a Türkiye Community Manager to grow Educator, Creator and SMB communities. Youll onboard creators, recruit Canvassadors, and build an SMB community from the ground up with local relevance and cross-team collaboration.

Youll design engagement rituals, host webinars, track metrics, and partner with Marketing, Education Growth and Content Strategy to ensure culturally resonant programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing large, active communities.
• Experience with educator/creator communities.
• Strong empathy, facilitation and hosting live events.
• Strategic onboarding tied to priorities and content gaps.
• Analytical and data-driven with KPI awareness.
• Hands-on with community tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own education, creator, and SMB community programs in Türkiye.
• Recruit, onboard and engage creators and Canvassadors.
• Launch and grow the SMB community from scratch.
• Design engagement rituals, tutorials and live events.
• Plan meetups, webinars and offline community moments.
• Track engagement and content performance to improve programs.
• Collaborate with Country Manager, Marketing, Education Growth and Content Strategy.
