Job summary

Kellanova Co in Turkey seeks an experienced procurement professional to manage the supplier base for raw and packaging materials, aligning with global/category strategies and driving COGS savings. You will lead negotiation, supplier performance, and resilience initiatives, partnering with SQA and R&D to secure dual sourcing and steady supply.

This role requires strong English and FMCG procurement experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or Business Adminstration or related field.
• 1-3 years of Commercial/Purchasing experience preferably in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) field.
• Fluent in English.
• Preferably knowledge of SAP MM Modul.
• Advanced user of MS Office applications especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Establish procurement strategies for raw & pack materials in line with global/regional category teams.
• Lead the development and execution of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) initiatives and specification changes in coordination with stakeholders.
• Own Resilience program in Turkey in collaboration with SQA & R&D driving dual sourcing target.
• Negotiate and challenge supplier's quality, price, service, lead times, MOQ & payment terms to get best value.
• Provide Commercial leadership for new supplier introductions and approvals.
• Provide local management of Purchase Price Variance (PPV) and buying performance metrics.
• Contribute to Working Capital management through DRPO initiatives and stock reductions.
• Manage RFQs, tenders, contracts and PO issuance in line with Mars policies.
• Ensure supply continuity and resolve supplier issues and non-conformance with stakeholders.
