Job summary

Coca-Cola CCI Türkiye is seeking a Procurement Category Specialist for Direct and Indirect Categories in Istanbul. You will support procurement activities across Türkiye, Iraq and Jordan, align with CEPG, and run tenders to negotiate pricing and terms.

You will maintain supplier relationships, develop cost-saving projects, and ensure compliance with CCI policies. Strong English/Turkish, Excel and SAP skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1–3 years of purchasing experience
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge preferred
• Fluent English and Turkish required
• Strong analytical abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience building internal customer and supplier relationships
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Knowledge of cost structures and financial impacts

Responsibilities

• Support procurement activities across Türkiye, Iraq and Jordan; collaborate with stakeholders
• Align with CEPG to drive category strategies
• Run tenders to negotiate pricing and terms to hit annual value targets
• Conduct supplier research, obtain quotes and samples
• Create preferred supplier lists based on spend and supplier tenure
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies and audit requirements
• Utilize eProcurement tools within CCI
• Develop cost-saving projects and central contracting participation
• Develop sourcing alternatives and onboard new suppliers
• Evaluate supplier performance and conduct site visits
• Use reporting/analytics to drive category strategies and decisions
• Monitor industry trends to mitigate risks and identify opportunities
• Identify alternative suppliers and ensure smooth inductions
• Ensure suppliers meet Coca-Cola and CCI sustainability targets
