Job summary

ColendiBank is seeking a Treasury Trading Manager to join its growing core team in Istanbul. This role will create, execute and manage strategic trading positions across fixed income, FX, derivatives and related markets for both Banking Book and Trading Book.

The ideal candidate holds Capital Markets Board derivate instruments license and CM Activities Level 3 license, has 5+ years in Bank Treasury/ALM, fluent English, and a data‑driven, analytical mindset to drive regulatory reporting and

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Licenses: Capital Markets Board of Turkey Derivative Instruments License and Capital Market Activities Level 3 License.
5+ years in Bank Treasury - Trading/ALM; rotation a plus.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Create, execute and manage strategic trading positions for Trading Book and contribute to Banking Book strategy.
Participate in FX auto-hedge mechanisms and treasury tool integrations.
Maintain treasury counterpart relations and monitor regulatory reporting requirements.
Oversee trading exposure, performance and infrastructure improvements.
Support internal and external reporting and compliance obligations.
