Job summary

Tiryaki Agro is seeking a highly motivated Senior Treasury & Risk Specialist to join our Treasury team. This role will manage foreign exchange and interest rate risks across the Group, execute treasury transactions, conduct market analysis, and contribute to developing hedging strategies.

You will work with banks and internal stakeholders, monitor market developments, and provide timely reporting and insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Treasury, Risk Management, Financial Markets or Corporate Finance within a bank or a multinational company.
• Strong understanding of FX markets, derivatives and hedging instruments.
• Knowledge of interest rate risk management and treasury products.
• Experience with Bloomberg and/or Refinitiv Eikon is preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication capabilities.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic international environment.
• For male candidates, completion of military service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute spot and forward FX transactions while ensuring competitive market pricing.
• Monitor, measure and report foreign exchange exposures across the Group.
• Support the implementation and execution of FX hedging strategies.
• Analyze interest rate exposures and assist in the execution of interest rate risk management solutions.
• Monitor and manage treasury-related limits and documentation with banks and financial institutions.
• Support treasury aspects of bond, sukuk and other capital market transactions.
• Conduct market, industry and peer analysis to support treasury and risk management decisions.
• Monitor macroeconomic and financial market developments and assess their potential impact on the Group.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc treasury, liquidity and risk management reports for senior management.
• Maintain effective relationships with banks, financial counterparties and other stakeholders.
