Job summary

ColendiBank in Istanbul is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead AML and CFT programs, reporting to the Senior Compliance Manager. You will implement risk-based monitoring, support regulatory readiness, and drive improvements across the bank.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 5 years in AML/CFT within banking, MASAK knowledge and licence, and fluency in English. You will collaborate across departments to ensure timely regulatory actions and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on AML/CFT compliance experience in banking.
• In-depth knowledge of MASAK regulations, Turkish AML legislation, and international standards.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead AML and CFT activities with MASAK and other authorities.
• Develop and improve AML/CFT policies, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement changes.
• Detect and report suspicious transactions.
• Design and run control and monitoring mechanisms.
• Coordinate AML/CFT trainings and documentation.
• Track notices from regulators and ensure proper actions.
• Support audits, inspections, and examinations with required docs.
