Job summary

Odeabank in Istanbul Fatih seeks an experienced Manager – Treasury Middle Office & Collateral Management to lead transformation initiatives and bridge Treasury and IT.

You will oversee end-to-end collateral processes, coordinate ISDA/CSA/GMRA negotiations, and ensure compliance with regulatory authorities while optimizing risk controls.

The role requires a strong finance background, Turkish SPK licenses, and fluent English to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in the banking industry.
• Extensive knowledge of Treasury Middle Office and/or Treasury Risk functions.
• Strong understanding of Treasury products and transaction life cycles.
• Hands-on experience in Collateral Management.
• Advanced knowledge of ISDA, CSA, and GMRA documentation and negotiation processes.
• Solid understanding of bank foreign exchange (FX) position calculation methodologies.
• Regulatory compliance and collateral management processes involving regulatory authorities.
• Treasury transformation projects, business analysis, and process improvement experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Valid SPK licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and further develop Treasury Middle Office functions.
• Manage end-to-end Collateral Management processes.
• Coordinate negotiations under ISDA, CSA, and GMRA agreements.
• Coordinate collateral management activities with CBRT, Takasbank, and regulators.
• Manage the calculation and control framework for the Bank's FX position.
• Monitor risks related to Treasury products and enforce controls.
• Support Treasury transformation initiatives and implement new systems and processes.
• Liaise between Treasury and IT teams to implement technology solutions.
• Drive continuous process improvements for efficiency and controls.
