Job summary

ARY HOLDING, headquartered in Beykoz near Istanbul, seeks a Credit & Risk Assistant Manager to design risk processes, monitor receivables, and assess client creditworthiness across group companies. You will lead policy negotiations, risk reporting, and process improvements while collaborating with senior management.

The role requires a senior candidate with strong analytical, strategic thinking and leadership capabilities, plus English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (MBA or a master’s degree in finance is a plus)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in credit and risk management, preferably in large-scale companies or holding structures
• Experienced in receivables insurance, credit limit management, and debtor analysis
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
• Preferably experienced with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
• High competence in strategical and analytical thinking
• Strong leadership, team management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Designing Buyer Risk Management processes across group companies, conducting needs analyses, and creating workflows
• Identifying credit insurance needs of the group companies, negotiating their policies, and actively managing the portfolio
• To regularly monitor consolidated group receivables, to report risks of delay, default ratio, and risk concentration
• Analyzing the creditworthiness of clients in affiliated companies, recommending credit limit and maturity date
• To standardize and contribute to the improvement of Credit and Risk processes in coordination with group companies
• To provide weekly, monthly, and annual reports to senior management on the activities of Credit and Risk Management
