Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking an experienced Finance & Treasury leader to oversee treasury functions for the business unit. You will manage service providers, optimize cash deployment, and support funding decisions in a high-inflation environment.

The role requires collaboration with Corporate Treasury, strong English, and robust treasury/ERP expertise to ensure accurate forecasting, risk mitigation, and strong control over working capital.

Qualifications

• Min 8+ years in Finance with strong accounting and treasury knowledge.
• University Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or MBA.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Strong MS tools as well as ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead all treasury functions of BU and manage service providers.
• Collaborate with Corporate Treasury to optimize cash deployment and funding flexibility.
• Oversee cash flow optimization and forecast accuracy.
• Determine funding needs and establish credit lines when needed.
• Coordinate bank relations and oversee payments/collections cycles.
• Prepare regular financial analyses and reports for stakeholders.
