Job summary

Adecco, a private employment agency licensed in Turkey, seeks a Finance Specialist to support manufacturing client operations in Turkey. You will prepare reports, analyze performance, and assist budgeting to improve financial processes and controls.

You will coordinate with the local accounting team and overseas finance management, drive reporting improvements, and deliver accurate insights in English. Strong Excel and Logo ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Proven ability to prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP system experience (Logo, Tiger, Netsis).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1-C2).

Job description

We are seeking a Finance Specialist for our client operating in the manufacturing industry, for whom we provide consulting services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management
• Support budgeting and financial planning processes
• Conduct income and expense analyses and monitor financial performance
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial operations
• Act as a liaison between the accounting team in Turkey and the overseas finance management team
• Develop and improve financial reporting processes
• Analyze data obtained from ERP and reporting systems and present findings to management
• Support internal and external audit processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Preferably 4-7 years of experience in finance
• Hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong command of Logo ERP systems, including Tiger Enterprise, Tiger 3 Enterprise, Go3, and Netsis
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1-C2 level)
• Strong analytical thinking, reporting, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a results-driven and solution-focused approach to work
