Temporary Transaction Services Sales Assistant

We are looking for a temporary team member to support our Transaction Services Sales team during a defined period. The role will focus on assisting with client communication, basic operational tasks, and coordination activities related to cash management and transaction services.

Key Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with clients
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support different tasks when needed

Main Responsibilities

• Assisting with client communication and responding to basic client requests
• Supporting the team with data collection, simple analysis, and preparation of materials
• Helping coordinate internal processes and follow‑up actions
• Supporting operational tasks related to transaction services products
• Preparing reports or summaries as directed by the team
• Assisting with meeting coordination, documentation, and follow‑up notes
• This temporary role is ideal for candidates who want to gain experience in transaction services and work closely with clients and internal teams.
