Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Trade Marketing & E-commerce Specialist to support growth across traditional trade, e-commerce, B2B, and selective retail channels in Turkey. You will develop channel plans, coordinate campaigns, and monitor performance to identify opportunities.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive digital sales, improve operations, and support influencer marketing initiatives. English proficiency is required and travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in trade marketing, e-commerce, commercial marketing, sales, or business development.
• Hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplaces, B2B platforms, or selective retail channels.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to trade marketing and e-commerce strategies across traditional trade, e-commerce, B2B, and selective retail channels.
• Develop channel-specific commercial plans and activations to support sustainable growth.
• Coordinate product, campaign, stock, content, and visibility activities across digital and selective retail channels.
• Analyze channel performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and recommend actions.
• Lead initiatives to increase customer acquisition, active users, order frequency, repeat purchases, and revenue on the online B2B platform.
• Support sales teams and distributors in the effective use of digital sales tools and applications.
• Collaborate on reporting, business reviews, and operational improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Support digital and influencer marketing by providing commercial insights and monitoring traffic and sales.
