Job summary

Tiryaki Agro is seeking a Commercial / Trade Marketing Manager to join Tiryaki Perakende (Hasata & Yudum). You will develop and execute commercial marketing and category growth strategies across all sales channels, while guiding pricing, promotions, and sales plans.

You will lead product portfolio management, monitor KPIs, and coordinate Trade Marketing, Merchandising and Sales Operations teams to drive growth and profitability in a fast-moving FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Commercial Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Category Management within the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong experience in commercial planning, pricing, budget management, and P&L management.
• Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
