Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years in trade marketing or e‑commerce under FMCG/retail.
• Experience with multi‑channel sales and marketplace platforms.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Support trade marketing and e‑commerce strategies across traditional trade, e-commerce, B2B, and selective retail channels.
• Develop channel‑specific commercial plans and activations to support sustainable growth.
• Coordinate product, campaign, stock, content, and visibility activities across digital and selective retail channels.
• Analyze channel performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and recommend commercial actions.
• Lead initiatives to increase customer acquisition, active users, order frequency, repeat purchases, and revenue on the online B2B platform.
• Support sales teams and distributors in the effective use of digital sales tools and commercial applications.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams on performance reporting, business reviews, and operational improvements.
• Support digital and influencer marketing initiatives by providing commercial insights and monitoring traffic, engagement, and sales performance
