We are looking for a Sales Manager based in Istanbul, Türkiye, to support the growth of its Trade Finance business.

The role is responsible for promoting Trade Finance solutions, originating new business opportunities, structuring and closing deals, and managing client relationships throughout the end-to-end lifecycle. The role will also work closely with DP World’s logistics and Trade Finance teams to develop bundled finance and logistics solutions and identify opportunities to grow the business.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and structure Trade Finance opportunities, including larger, more complex and cross-border transactions, while supporting clients throughout the end-to-end lifecycle.
• Promote Trade Finance solutions, understand customer needs and contribute to sustainable business and revenue growth.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers through regular engagement and customer visits.
• Collaborate with logistics and frontline sales teams to develop integrated finance and logistics solutions and identify opportunities to support customers across DP World’s offering.
• Follow market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present client information to Credit and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
• Represent Trade Finance in customer-facing activities and contribute to wider Trade Finance initiatives.

Your Profile

• 10+ years of experience in Corporate or Commercial Banking, with strong experience in Trade Finance.
• Strong knowledge of Trade Finance products, including import/export financing, pre- and post-shipment financing, receivables/payables, Supply Chain Finance and Inventory Finance.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, with a credit perspective and the ability to understand and assess client financials.
• Proven experience in business development and achieving commercial objectives, with strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and financial institutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Banking, Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Collaborative and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and effectively with different stakeholders.
