Job summary

TurkNet is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to join our game changer team in Turkey. You will design, develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests, while collaborating with product management and development to understand testing objectives.

You will implement test scenarios for web applications, APIs and systems, manage defects, and help improve testing processes and quality across the project. Join a team that values curiosity, learning and impact.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in software testing.
• Knowledge of API testing and web applications.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG.
• Experience in SQL and No-SQL databases.
• Knowledge of test analysis, design, test case development, execution and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Interact with product management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives

• Create test scenarios and test cases, and manage test processes.
• Document and analyze defects during testing. Create task and share defect reports with the development team.
• Coordinate bug, defect resolution and testing processes.
• Continuously evaluate and improve test processes and quality control methods.
• At least 3 years of experience in software testing.
• Knowledge of API testing and web applications.
• Knowledge oftest automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Appium, TestNG) and test management systems (e.g. JIRA).
• Knowledge oftest analysis, design, test case development, execution and reporting.
• Knowledge of SQL and No-SQL databases.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Apache Kafka, Redpanda ,RabbitMQ , Redis etc.
• Experience in DevOps practices and setting up tests on CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in performance/load testing tools (Locust,Jmeter,K6 etc)
