Accenture is hiring Software Test Engineers to extend our Industry X test team, focusing on automated testing frameworks, test strategies and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. You will lead a team, manage STLC end-to-end, and advance testing efficiency on multinational projects.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in software testing, knowledge of Python/Java, Selenium, Appium, and CI/CD skills, with strong English communication. ISTQB is a plus and a flexible, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in software testing or test automation.
• Experience in programming/scripting languages like Python or Java.
• Strong knowledge of Web/Mobile/Embedded testing domains.
• Experience with Selenium, Appium and test automation frameworks.
• CI/CD practices and version control (Jenkins, Git).
• Excellent written/spoken English communication; ISTQB is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering fields.
• 4+ years of software testing or test automation experience.
• Experience in one or more programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java etc.
• Strong knowledge in one or more of the following: Web technologies, Mobile technologies, Embedded systems.
• Strong knowledge in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium etc.
• Ability to develop test automation structure from scratch using test automation frameworks (pytest, TestNG, Cucumber, Robot Framework etc. )
• Experience in DevOps practices (Continuous Integration, Jenkins)
• Experience in Version Control Systems (Git)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum Framework and Issue Management Tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a high degree of intellectual horsepower
• Eager to follow, learn and apply new technologies and innovations
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
