We are seeking a TeleSales Representative to be the first point of contact for international patients and guide them from inquiry to booking with clear, honest communication.

You will contact leads via phone and messaging channels, present treatment options, build trust, and convert inquiries into appointments while collaborating

Qualifications

• Fluent in Russian with professional communication.
• Experience in sales, telesales or customer service.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Confident, patient-focused and results-driven.
• Able to work on-site at Istanbul office.
• Fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact and respond to patient leads by phone, WhatsApp and other messaging channels.
• Explain dental treatment options and packages to patients.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with potential patients.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and bookings.
• Follow up with undecided patients and keep CRM records up to date.
• Coordinate with the coordination, planning and clinic teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Romania: our representative, who supports patients and partners in the region

The Role

As a TeleSales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for international patients. You'll guide them from their first inquiry through to booking their treatment, with a clear and honest approach.

Responsibilities

• Understand each patient's needs and explain our dental treatment options and packages
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with potential patients
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and bookings
• Follow up with patients who are undecided, and keep records up to date in our CRM
• Work closely with the coordination, planning and clinic teams to make sure each patient's journey is smooth
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Fluent in Russian and able to communicate professionally in it
• Previous experience in sales, telesales or customer service (health tourism or medical sales is a plus)
• Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
• Confident, patient-focused and results-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Able to work on-site at our Istanbul office
