Job summary

Grand Hyatt Istanbul is seeking a dedicated maintenance professional to support hotel operations. You will provide service to internal guests, address issues promptly, and contribute to a safe, well-maintained environment for guests and colleagues.

The role requires knowledge of equipment, machinery, and chemical materials, a focus on energy savings, and the ability to assist the Technical Service Manager in daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and safety across the property.

• Providing service to internal guests.
• Accept and resolve complaints and comments from internal and external guests.
• Knowledge of using equipment, machinery, and chemical materials.
• Monitoring energy savings and taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Supporting the Technical Service Manager in daily technical service operations.
