Job summary

Stäubli Corp. Türkiye is seeking a proactive Sales Administration Specialist for the Robotics Division. You will coordinate sales, service and operations support, ensuring accurate quotations, orders and invoicing in SAP and the CRM system.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least two years’ experience with ERP/CRM, plus fluent English for interaction with international teams and suppliers. SAP knowledge is a plus, and you will collaborate across Sales, Service, Finance and Logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience with ERP and CRM platforms; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills mandatory; interactions with international managers and teams expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage sales, service and operational administration activities for the Robotics Division in Türkiye.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals for robot configurations and direct sales with overseas teams.
• Manage stock, orders, quotations, and invoicing in SAP and CRM systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Sales, Service, Finance and Logistics.
• Provide remote administrative support to other units within the South West Europe Region when required.
• Ensure timely shipment, invoicing, and intercompany processes.
