For our customer who provides innovative payment solutions in the fintech industry, we are looking for a Technical Product Manager!

Job Description

Our customer develops an end‑to‑end payment platform from payment terminal to back‑end servers, offering advanced cashless payment solutions for banks, fintechs, and retailers. The product line includes hardware and software components such as terminal operating systems, EMV schemes, banking and payment applications, security/cryptography, and back‑end payment servers.

We need strong Technical Product Managers to bridge business, engineering, manufacturing, and customer requirements, managing products throughout their entire lifecycle—from concept and requirements gathering to development, certification, production, and market launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product requirements, roadmap, and priorities.
• Translate business needs into clear product specifications.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including hardware, software, QA, certification, operations, and external suppliers.
• Manage product development timelines, deliverables, and risks.
• Support product launches and lifecycle management.
• Maintain relationships with international suppliers, engineering partners, and certification bodies.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of professional experience in engineering, product development, system design, product management, or related technical roles; preferably in hardware‑based products.
• Engineering background preferred (Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer, Industrial, or related disciplines).
• Strong understanding of hardware product development processes.
• Ability to review and understand electronic schematics and PCB layouts; hands‑on design experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience managing mechanical design activities and coordinating with mechanical engineering and industrial design teams.
• Experience working with ODM/OEM manufacturers and external engineering partners.
• Experience managing suppliers and development teams, particularly in China, is a big plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• No restrictions on international business travel.
