Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking, focusing on Trade Finance operations.
• Deep knowledge of trade finance, compliance, and international banking regulations (e.g., UCP 600, ISBP, SWIFT).
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business analyst and tester in the Trade Finance product team.
• Provide insights and guidance to the team and support Product Owner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives and deliverables.
• Conduct in-depth research to stay updated with Trade Finance industry trends and banking regulations.
• Apply manual or automated acceptance tests to Trade Finance releases.
• Work closely with product team members and conduct functional/integration tests to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate team members and clients on Trade Finance features and compliance updates.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops to offer support, training, and guidance to clients.
