Job summary

Fineksus is seeking an Expert Software Engineer to join our R&D team in Istanbul on a hybrid basis, requiring 2 days weekly in the Sarıyer office. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions, take ownership of full-stack components, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

You will mentor engineers, participate in Agile ceremonies, apply clean code and SOLID principles, and leverage Azure DevOps and AI-assisted tools to improve quality and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Engineer.
• Experience with .NET, C#, REST APIs, and data access abstractions.
• Strong Azure DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, source control, work items).
• RESTful API design, SOA and microservices concepts.
• RDBMS & NoSQL design and development.
• Familiarity with containers and microservices is a plus.
• Ability to leverage AI tools across the development lifecycle.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure software solutions.
• Take ownership of full-stack components aligning with requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical architectures.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies; assist sprint planning and estimation.
• Apply clean code principles and SOLID design across projects.
• Conduct code reviews and drive quality improvements.
• Collaborate with Analysis, Test, Support, and Product teams.
• Troubleshoot issues in development and production environments.
• Contribute to deployment and release processes; support rollouts.
• Mentor junior engineers through knowledge sharing and pair programming.
• Stay updated on technologies and regulatory changes; contribute to R&D.
• Use Azure DevOps for CI/CD, work tracking, and code quality.
