Job summary

New Balance Turkiye in Marmara Bölgesi, Fatih is seeking a highly organized Team Sports Production Planner to join our team. You will coordinate local production activities, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with seasonal timelines.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in apparel production planning, strong communication, and collaborative skills to work with Sales, Product, and local manufacturers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in production planning, merchandising, sourcing, or a similar role within the apparel/sportswear industry.
• Strong understanding of local production processes and manufacturing operations.
• Strong planning, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate local production activities across relevant Team Sports categories, working closely with the Sales team to increase local production volume and business opportunities.
• Lead the planning and follow-up of local production processes, ensuring alignment with seasonal timelines, commercial priorities, and business requirements.
• Monitor production and embellishment processes with approved local manufacturers to ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and local manufacturing partners to ensure smooth coordination throughout the production lifecycle.
• Proactively identify potential production risks and delays and take the necessary actions to ensure timely delivery.
