Job summary

Huhtamaki Flexible Packaging Türkiye is seeking a Tax Supervisor to join our Esenyurt, Istanbul team. You will ensure tax compliance, prepare and review tax declarations, and coordinate audits with external advisors.

You will monitor changes in Turkish tax legislation, support transfer pricing and VAT processes, and collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure accurate reporting. This role requires 5–8 years of taxation experience and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5–8 years in taxation.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish tax legislation.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax declarations, including VAT, Withholding Tax, Stamp Tax, Corporate Income Tax, and Provisional Tax.
• Monitor changes in Turkish tax legislation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate tax audits and collaborate with external tax advisors, auditors, and certified public accountants.
• Support corporate tax matters such as transfer pricing, tax reconciliations, and VAT refund processes.
• Identify tax risks and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Tax Supervisor to join our Huhtamaki Flexible Packaging Türkiye team. In this role you will ensure tax compliance, prepare and review tax declarations, coordinate tax audits, monitor changes in tax legislation, and support tax-related processes.

Location

Esenyurt site, İstanbul / Türkiye. Candidates should be within reasonable commuting distance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes in Turkish tax legislation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate tax audits and collaborate with external tax advisors, auditors, and certified public accountants.

• Good command of English is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
