Fiba Group in Turkey seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment and talent initiatives across the Group’s units.

You will analyze talent needs, design onboarding, and contribute to employer branding with a focus on data-driven hiring and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in talent acquisition and recruitment, with experience in employee experience and employer branding preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, planning, organizing with attention to detail.
• Strong learning agility, collaboration, and solution orientation.
• Able to conduct data-driven analysis and reporting; eager to develop new projects.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably with additional experience in employee experience and employer branding,
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, planning, organization skills with exceptional attention to detail,
• Strong learning agility, a collaborative mindset, and a solution-oriented approach,
• Ability to conduct data-driven analysis and reporting, with enthusiasm for developing new projects,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Job Description and Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the current and future talent needs of business units,
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with business unit leaders to identify and attract talent aligned with organizational needs,
• Analyze talent acquisition data, prepare regular reports, and improve processes based on the insights obtained,
• Challenge conventional approaches and bring an innovative perspective to the design, planning, and end-to-end execution of internship and young talent programs across the Group, while ensuring effective coordination among all relevant stakeholders,
• Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding processes and practices to ensure a smooth and engaging integration experience for new employees,
• Collaborate with relevant teams throughout employee onboarding and offboarding processes,
• Develop projects that strengthen the employer brand,
• Analyze employee experience needs and design employee support programs, practices, and projects,
• Contribute to joint projects carried out with Fiba Group companies and ensure the necessary organization and coordination,
• Actively contribute to the effective use and continuous improvement of human resources processes and systems.
