Job summary

Fiba Group is seeking a teammate for the Financial Control & Reporting team to strengthen consolidation and financial reporting across subsidiaries. You will contribute to IFRS/TFRS compliant disclosures and partner with various groups to deliver accurate financial statements.

The role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and timely reporting, with opportunities to impact financial processes and corporate governance within a growing Turkish holding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or related field.
• Experience in financial reporting in independent audit firms or corporations.
• Knowledge of IFRS and TFRS; consolidation experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• MS Office skills; Tagetik knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, responsible, and team-oriented.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and group companies.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication to build relationships within the team.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate quarterly reporting packages and monthly/quarterly subsidiary reports.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly management reporting.
• Assist in consolidated financial statements and disclosures per IFRS and TFRS; support auditors.
• Support timely ad-hoc reports and presentations for top management; assist in consolidated budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or other related fields,
• Experience in financial reporting in independent audit companies and/or corporations,
• Knowledge of IFRS and TFRS guidelines and experience in consolidation is highly preferable,
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal,
• Excellent commands of MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint), Tagetik knowledge is a plus,
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, attention to details and high sense of responsibility,
• Result oriented, open to change, excellent team player,
• Ability to collaborate accross departments and group companies operating in diversified sectors,
• Excellent interpersonal relationships and communication skills in order to build strong relationships within the team and the group companies,

Job Description

• Controlling quarterly consolidation reporting packages and monthly / quarterly financial reports submitted by subsidiaries
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports
• Assisting in preparation of consolidated financial statements and disclosures in accordance with IFRS and TFRS guidelines. Supporting financial reporting manager with the execution of the works with independent auditors and completing financial report projects in accordance with objectives
• Supporting financial reporting manager with timely and accurate preparation of ad-hoc reports and presentations requested by top management. Supporting financial reporting manager with the preparation of consolidated budget
