Responsibilities

• Responsible for all recruitment processes.
• Use sourcing skills to attract and win the best talent.
• Define job descriptions and competency criteria for positions in collaboration with relevant managers.
• Prepare recruitment reports and ensure accurate data flow in HR systems.
• Responsible for assessment center and development center programs: identification of vendors, tools and setting rules & principles.
• Develop and support all global HR projects related to HR strategies like purpose, EVP, Principles, etc.
• Support to develop internal communication strategy and guidelines.

Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for a “Talent Acquisition Executive” in our Global Human Resources Directorate. The position is based in Altunizade, İstanbul.

Job Roles Details:

• Responsible for all recruitment processes
• Use sourcing skills to attract and win the best talent
• Define job descriptions and competency criteria for positions in collaboration with relevant managers
• Prepare recruitment reports and ensure accurate data flow in HR systems
• Responsible for assessment center and development center programs: identification of vendors, tools and setting rules & principles
• Develop and support all global projects related to HR strategies like purpose, EVP, Principles, etc.
• Support to develop internal communication strategy and guidelines

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field / Bachelor's or MA degree
• Gained experience in companies providing recruitment consultancy services
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• An open-minded critical thinker as well as an analytic and data-based decision-maker
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Military service must be completed for male candidates

Experience:
