Job summary

Inventiv şirketinde Finans Teknolojileri alanında faaliyet gösteren bir ekipte Sistem Destek Uzmanı olarak çalışacaksınız. Görevleriniz, IT altyapısının günlük işletimini sağlamak, kullanıcı sorunlarına hızlı çözümler üretmek ve güvenlik politikalarına uyumu sağlamaktır.

Windows Server ailesi ve Active Directory konularında derin tecrübeniz, Exchange Online ve Office 365 konusunda bilgi sahibi olmanız beklenmektedir.

Qualifications

• Bilgisayar Mühendisliği, BİT veya Bilgisayar Programlama bölümlerinden mezun olmak
• Microsoft Windows Server ailesi konusunda tecrübe ve sorun giderme becerisi
• Active Directory hizmetleriyle kullanıcı yönetimi bilgisi
• Office 365 çözümleri ve Exchange Online konusunda bilgi sahibi olmak
• Güvenlik politikaları ve tehdit önleme konularında farkındalık
• İş süreçlerini belgeleyip raporlayabilme yeteneği
• Laptop/masaüstü/aydınlatıcı cihazlarla çalışmaya hâkim olmak
• Takım çalışmasına yatkın ve iletişim becerileri güçlü olmak
• Sertifikalar tercih sebebi
• Otomasyon ve yedekleme süreçleri konusunda bilgi sahibi olmak

Responsibilities

• Günlük IT altyapısının işletilmesini sağlamak ve ağ performansını izlemek
• Kullanıcı teknik sorunlarına hızlı ve etkili çözümler üretmek
• Yazılım ve donanım sorunlarını tanımlayıp çözümlemek
• Yedekleme ve veri kurtarma süreçlerini yönetmek
• IT güvenlik politikalarına uyumu sağlamak ve güvenlik tehditlerine karşı tedbir almak
• Atanan sorumluluklara ilişkin prosedür ve süreç belgeleri hazırlamak
• Kullanıcılara IT sistemleri ve uygulamaları hakkında eğitim ve dokümantasyon hazırlamak
• Yazılım ve donanım güncellemelerini takip etmek
• Tüm Windows sunucuların işletim sistemi kurulumu ve güncellemelerini sağlamak
• Sistem güvenlik cihazlarını izlemek ve logları inceleyerek güncellemeler yapmak
• Active Directory ve dosya sunucusu yapılarını kurup yönetmek
• Exchange sistemi yönetimini gerçekleştirmek ve sunucuda e-posta politikalarını uygulamak
• Kesintisiz hizmetlerin sürekliliğini izlemek ve UPS/ İnternet bağlantısını güvenceye almak
• Sistem mimarisinin geliştirilmesi için teknolojik gelişmeleri takip etmek

This role will primarily be an outbound position to;

As a System Support Specialist, you will:

• Ensure the daily operation of IT infrastructure and monitor network performance,
• Provide fast and effective solutions to user technical issues,
• Identify and resolve software and hardware issues,
• Manage backup and data recovery processes,
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and take precautions against security threats,
• Prepare procedural and process documentation related to assigned responsibilities,
• Provide training and create documentation for users regarding IT systems and applications,
• Track and apply software and hardware updates,
• Manage the operation and administration of all Windows servers within the organization, ensuring regular installation and updates of operating systems,
• Monitor system stability and ensure preventive maintenance to avoid disruptions,
• Oversee the proper functioning of security devices (firewalls, antivirus/antispam gateways, antivirus servers, etc.), review system activities, analyze logs, and perform updates,
• Set up, update, and manage the Active Directory and file server structures,
• Manage the Exchange system and implement email policies on the server,
• Monitor and ensure the continuity of uninterrupted services such as UPS and the Internet,
• Follow technological advancements and plan the development of the system architecture.

Requirements

• Graduated from Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, or Computer Programming departments,
• At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field,
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Windows Client (Win10/11) management and troubleshooting,
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server family operating systems,
• Knowledge of Active Directory services and end-user operations (joining or removing devices from the domain, etc.),
• Proficient in Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, and Windows Server 2022, as well as File Server, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Active Directory, and clustering services on these servers; preferably certified,
• Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office 365 support (Exchange Online) and its applications (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, OneDrive),
• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP) and network devices (Access Points, Switches),
• Experience working with ticket-based service management programs,
• Ability to track and report IT inventory,
• Hands‑on experience with laptops, desktops, printers, network devices, and peripherals,
• High sense of responsibility and strong follow‑up skills,
• Analytical thinker, problem‑solving oriented, and eager to learn,
• Strong time management skills and adaptability to flexible working hours,
• Team‑oriented and strong communication skills,
• Completed military service (for male candidates),
• Detail and result‑oriented with strong reporting skills,
• Capable of analyzing existing systems and proposing solutions for architectural improvements,
• Preferably has technical English proficiency,
• No travel restrictions, holds a valid driver’s license, and is an active driver.
