Job summary

Intertek Group Plc is seeking a Sales and Business Development Executive - Sustainability to join its Istanbul head office. The role focuses on developing sustainability and quality management services, driving sales within the certification unit, and monitoring sector developments.

The ideal candidate has a university degree, up to 2 years of experience in customer relations and sales, and knowledge of sustainability standards such as ISO 14064 and ISO 50001.

Qualifications

• Graduates of university undergraduate programs.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in customer relations, business development, and sales.
• Knowledgeable in sustainability (ISO 14064, ISO 50001, ISCC, FSC, Life Cycle Assessment, RCV, CSRD, CSDDD)

Responsibilities

• Develop assurance services related to sustainability and quality management systems, including products and services, and maintain sales activities within the certification unit.
• Monitor sector developments and opportunities.
• Develop projects to make existing processes efficient and effective and to meet customer needs.
• Communicate with departments and represent business processes while relevant projects are being carried out.
• Conduct industry research related to business processes, monitor developments and opportunities, and present them to management
• Play an active role in making sales strategies more effective and beneficial
• Achieve sales targets set by the management team
• Prepare monthly sales activity reports.
