Job summary

Anadolu Efes is seeking a Supply Chain Solutions Manager to lead digital transformation of the supply chain, aligning strategy with organizational goals and coordinating across procurement, S&OP, planning, logistics, and manufacturing domains.

You will drive AI/IoT adoption, evaluate ERP supply chain solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems to boost visibility and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in supply chain management or operations.
• Proven track record leading digital transformation in supply chain.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4 HANA TM, EWM, IBP) and supply chain software.
• SDLC and Agile experience.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What does a Supply Chain Solutions Manager do at Anadolu Efes?

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital supply chain transformation strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for technological advancement across procurement, S&OP, demand&supply planning, logistics, transportation planning, extended warehouse management, inventory management, yard management, manufacturing execution, shop floor, quality assurance and analytics.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritize transformation initiatives.

Digital Transformation

• Drive the adoption of advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, IoT, blockchain, and automation in supply chain processes.
• Evaluate and implement software solutions for ERP and all supply chain domains.
• Ensure seamless integration of digital tools into existing systems to enhance visibility and operational efficiency.

Process Optimization

• Analyze current supply chain workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
• Promote lean methodologies and best practices across the supply chain.

Delivery

• Provide governance and strategic direction to supply chain solutions portfolio and investments to establish robust, flexible, adaptable and responsiveness IDS solutions to increase business process effectiveness and efficiencies.
• Portfolio Planning / Services roadmap development & execution: working with business stakeholders, develop roadmaps for existing supply chain solutions including any upgrades, enhancements, new feature deployment, infrastructure expansion, etc. Roadmaps will also include prioritized development & deployment of new features of Supply chain solutions. Track critical metrics associated with services including metrics associated with quality, cost, transaction volume, and any issues associated with services.
• Providing the necessary coordination work in order to solve the problems related to the supply chain solutions currently in use, and to solve the problems between all stakeholders.
• Define and communicate corporate plans, policies and standards working closely with IDS Country Leaders, Country Supply chain/Manufacturing Heads for the global Anadolu Efes organization for acquiring, developing and implementing all Supply chain solutions systems.
• Ensure that Supply chain solutions meet corporate objectives, ful-fill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve business requirements issues.
• Act as an escalation-point-of-contact for the IDS Supply Chain Solutions Support Services.
• Collect feedback from the business units on the prioritization of services in development.
• Review solutions software acquisition and maintenance contracts and pursue master agreements to capitalize on economies of scale due to legal obligations in the country.

Change Management

• Lead change management efforts to foster a culture of innovation and adaptability within the supply chain organization.
• Provide training and support to teams to ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes.
• Act as a liaison between IT and operations teams to facilitate smooth transitions during system upgrades or implementations.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with procurement, S&OP, demand&supply planning, logistics, transportation planning, extended warehouse management, inventory management, yard management, manufacturing execution, shop floor, quality assurance and analytics teams to ensure alignment on transformation goals.
• Engage with external partners, including vendors and technology providers, to explore innovative solutions.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and successes of transformation initiatives to stakeholders.

Project Management

• Managing, coordinating and directing all projects related to the implementation, improvement and maintenance of the supply chain solutions in global perspective, to enable business in the fields including with Supply Chain, S&OP, Demand&Supply Planning, Logistics, Transportation, Warehouse management, Manufacturing, Shop Floor, Quality Assurance.
• Conduct regular meetings with the senior executive bodies to inform and alert them of any issues arising from the performance of the individual projects within the portfolio to assure the on-plan usage and consumption of resources and funding, and to highlight any variances.
• Direct the development and maintenance of communications and reporting around the IDS supply chain solutions project portfolios, their contents and the individual performance of initiatives to stakeholder and/or governance boards, the IT steering committee, and senior executives.
• Plan/Direct the creation and maintenance of the required project portfolio documentation and artifacts.
• Ensure that project status, issues and successes are communicated to project team, stakeholders, sponsors, steering committee and all levels of management and documented appropriately regarding PMO standards.
• Set up and manage supply chain solutions projects to deliver against roadmap/portfolio – business case development, coordination of relevant resources (internal, as well as vendor selection & management) – ensuring aligned architecture, serviceability, and security.
• Manage a portfolio of initiatives ranging from small, single service updates to large, complex, multi-million-dollar business and IDS transformation efforts.

Risk and Compliance

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout transformation efforts.

What are the qualifications we look for in Supply Chain Solutions Manager at Anadolu Efes?

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management or operations.
• Proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives within supply chain functions.
• Experience with ERP systems (esp. SAP S/4 HANA TM, EWM, IBP modules), supply chain software, and emerging Technologies and digital solutions.
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile way of working experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and emerging trends.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to work across organizations and levels, from executives to functional teams.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate security and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
