Job summary

Danone Türkiye is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to join the team in a hands-on, IC role reporting to the Senior Supply Planning Manager. You will develop and execute plans for finished products across the supply network, ensuring availability within a 1–17 week horizon and aligning with Demand, Customer Service and Logistics teams.

You will drive production planning, inventory targets, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize stock levels and service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position.

• SAP knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop timely and accurate plans for finished products at assigned level of the supply network.
• Ensure supply execution and finished goods availability in markets within 1–17 weeks planning horizon.
• Plan and prioritize productions to maximize performance and optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with other supplier teams across Demand, Customer Service & Logistics.
• Set target safety stock levels and track total inventory against targets.
• Identify slow moving/in excess inventory and drive depletion actions.
• Provide analyses and data for production & supply planning.
• Report and track PSL for the factory productions.
• Coordinate with other departments to integrate logistics with processes.
• Develop release schedules and forecast transport needs for coming weeks.
• Increase Customer Service Level.

About The Job

Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague to join our team as a Supply Planning Manager. In this individual contributor role, you will report to the Senior Supply Planning Manager and be part of the Supply Planning team.

• Developing timely and accurate plans for finished products at assigned level of the supply network
• Ensuring supply execution and finished goods availability in the markets within the 1 to 17 weeks planning horizon for portfolio, across teams of Demand planners, Customer Service & Logistics.
• Plan and prioritize productions to ensure maximum performance and optimum stock levels
• Regular collaboration and alignment with the other supplier teams
• Responsible for setting target safety stock levels, tracking total inventory to make sure stock levels are in line with the target
• Proactively identifying potential slow mover inventory, providing visibility in excess inventory by root cause analysis and following up necessary actions to deplete the excess inventory
• Providing necessary analyses and data for production & supply planning
• Reporting and tracking productions plans (PSL) of factory
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with company processes.
• Developing release schedules and forecasting transport needs for the coming weeks.
• Increase Customer Service Level

About You

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent level of English is a must
