Job summary

Confidential Company in İzmit is seeking a dynamic Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain, production planning, procurement, warehousing and logistics within our manufacturing facility. This role will drive material availability, optimize inventory and working capital, enhance supplier performance, and push end-to-end flow efficiency from sourcing to customer delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, production planning or operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, production planning, material flow, inventory management, procurement, warehousing and logistics.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to improve operational performance, optimize costs and working capital, and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience with driving organizational change and leading transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain and procurement operations, from material sourcing and production planning to warehousing, logistics and customer delivery.
• Manage the Master Production Plan (MPP), capacity planning and material requirements in line with customer demand and production priorities.
• Optimize material flow, inventory levels, safety stocks and working capital while ensuring material availability and targeted service levels.
• Lead and improve plant flow performance, including waiting queues, MPH, pull flow and warehousing efficiency.
• Monitor production progress, identify supply and capacity risks, and ensure on-time, in-full delivery to customers.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies and annual operational plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead supplier negotiations and sourcing initiatives to optimize costs, improve payment terms and ensure supply continuity.
• Manage supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery, lead time and flexibility.
• Oversee warehousing and logistics operations, ensuring efficient material handling, stock accuracy and optimal resource utilization.
• Identify and implement cost-saving, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives across the value chain.
• Lead, coach and develop the Supply Chain and Procurement teams, setting objectives and driving performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and lead transformation initiatives.
• Monitor operational KPIs, provide management reports and ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards and occupational health and safety requirements.
