Job summary

Mars is seeking a Supply Chain Intern to join the Turkiye Customer Service & Logistics team in Turkey. You will actively support end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations, co-manage key accounts, and lead data reporting through Power BI.

This role offers exposure to cross-functional teams and hands-on supply chain execution. The successful candidate will be a final-year undergraduate fluent in English and Turkish, proficient in MS Excel, and eager to learn.

At Mars, we are looking for a passionate and proactive Supply Chain Intern to join our dynamic Turkiye Customer Service & Logistics team.

In this role, you won't just be observing; you will be actively supporting our end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience by co-managing prestigious retail/wholesale accounts and leading critical supply chain execution processes. Gain valuable exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain and Finance teams.

What You Will Do:

As Supply Chain Intern, you will work closely with our experienced Customer Service Coordinators and take active ownership in:

• Account Co-Management: Supporting the end-to-end customer service and order management processes for key accounts and wholesale partners
• Operational Execution: Managing critical administrative and financial routines such as Sourcing Unit (SU) Payment processes and Pallet Collection & Tracking in coordination with our logistics partners.
• Data & Reporting: Leading daily and weekly reporting routines, including Control Reports and managing/updating our Power BI Customer Service Dashboards.
• Logistics & Quality Collaboration: Supporting ad-hoc logistics operations, coordinating customer return communications, and collaborating closely with our warehouse and transport partners.

What We Are Looking For:

• Final-year undergraduate students who can commit to working at least 3-4 days a week in our office for internship (minimum 1 year).
• Fluency in English and Turkish (both written and verbal) is a must.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and Power BI. SAP knowledge is a major plus.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Previous internship experience would be a strong asset, preferably within Supply Chain.
• A proactive mindset with strong communication skills—someone who loves taking initiative and working in a collaborative team.
• An eager-to-learn attitude with a high level of responsibility.
