Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Supply Chain Finance Specialist in Turkey to manage capex forecasting, reporting, and SAP-related activities. You will coordinate with factories, warehouses, and operations to deliver accurate financial insights and support strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes digitalization, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering concise financial communications to senior leadership. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in supply chain finance.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical thinking skills.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly capex forecast and reporting after alignment with factories, warehouses, and operations.
• Support capex operations’ financial activities including WBS creation and SAP operations.
• Prepare monthly capex reports for Country General Manager, CFO and Supply Chain Leadership Team.
• Assist SCM finance with ad-hoc analyses, presentations and format creation.
• Support digitalization of the supply chain finance team.
• Prepare monthly SCM finance newsletter for Turkey Board.

The role

As a Supply Chain Finance Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and monitoring capex processes by coordinating closely with cross‑functional stakeholders across factories, warehouses, and operations. You will be responsible for accurate forecasting, reporting, and financial tracking, while supporting SAP‑related processes and delivering insights to senior leadership. The role also involves driving analytical initiatives, enhancing digitalization efforts within the team, and contributing to strategic decision‑making through ad‑hoc analyses and clear financial communication.

What you'll be responsible for

• Preparing monthly capex forecast and reporting after alignment with various stakeholders from factories, warehouses and cabinet operation.
• Supporting financial activities of capex operation including WBS creation and SAP operations.
• Preparing monthly capex report for Country General Manager, CFO and Supply Chain Leadership Team.
• Supporting supply chain finance team with various ad‑hoc analysis, presentations and format creation.
• Supporting digitalization of supply chain finance team.
• Preparing monthly supply chain finance newsletter for Turkey Board.

We're looking for someone who

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Has at least 2 years of experience, preferably in supply chain finance.
• Demonstrates strong financial acumen and analytical thinking skills.
• Has a strong understanding of finance, accounting, and supply chain.
• Is proficient in SAP and Excel.
• Is detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrates strong prioritization skills with a can‑do attitude.
• Has strong analytical capabilities and the ability to generate actionable insights.
• Has a good understanding of finance processes and operations.
• Has experience in budget management and controllership.
• Demonstrates strong stakeholder management skills.
• Has strong communication and presentation skills.
• Possesses strong business acumen in finance.
