Job summary

Robert Bosch Group invites current students to join the Indirect Purchasing Smart Start program during Recruitment Days. You will assist with logistics sourcing, market analysis, and RFQ tasks while contributing to tender preparations.

Qualified students are in their 3rd/4th year or pursuing a Master’s degree, with strong English, the ability to work at least 3 days/week, and a long-term 11-month commitment in Bursa.

Qualifications

• Currently a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or a Master’s student in a related field.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week during the academic term.
• Ability to commit to a long-term internship of at least 11 months.
• Residency in Bursa is a mandatory requirement.
• Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a highly social personality.
• Eagerness to learn, dynamic personality, and initiative.
• Results-oriented with a proactive, analytical, problem-solving approach.
• High attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office.

• Support the request for quotation (RFQ) process with suppliers.
• Assist with project creation, follow-up, and the preparation of tenders.
• Contribute directly to results by supporting special projects and cost-saving activities.
