Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business administration; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management with end-to-end focus.
• Strong understanding of planning, customer service, logistics and foreign trade.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced analytics software is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage supply chain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with operations, production, logistics and planning teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Engage with sales, marketing, finance and other stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with business priorities.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain and implement best practices.
• Establish and track KPIs related to efficiency, service levels and inventory management.
