Ideal candidate has a BA/BS in engineering or business, 8+ years in supply chain, and strong ERP/analytics skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business administration; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management with end-to-end focus.
• Strong understanding of planning, customer service, logistics and foreign trade.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced analytics software is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage supply chain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with operations, production, logistics and planning teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Engage with sales, marketing, finance and other stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with business priorities.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.

What You Will Do

The Supply Chain Project Lead will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing supply chain operations to enhance efficiency and support business objectives.

This position requires a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise and the ability to manage cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with various departments to streamline processes, improve inventory management, and drive supply chain initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead and manage supply chain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Operational Coordination: Collaborate with operations, production, logistics and planning teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with sales, marketing, finance and other stakeholders to gather insights and align supply chain strategies with business priorities.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to monitor supply chain performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the supply chain, implementing best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency, service levels, and inventory management, reporting findings to senior management.
• Risk Management: Assess supply chain risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential disruptions, ensuring continuity of operations.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to balance customer demand with cost efficiency, ensuring product availability while minimizing excess stock.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business administration; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management with a strong focus on end-to-end functions.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including planning, customer service, logistics and foreign trade.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for influencing stakeholders and building relationships at all organizational levels.
