Job summary

Mutlu Akə seeks a Strategic Sourcing Managing Associate to develop and execute sourcing strategies across Turkey and international markets, while building and managing supplier networks in battery recycling and related sectors.

The role requires 5+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement, fluent English, and strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to collaborate with U.S.-based leadership and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Development, or Business Development.
• Proven success in developing supplier networks and leading commercial negotiations.
• Experience in battery recycling, waste management, and import regulations is highly preferred.
• A proactive, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English is essential for international collaboration.
