Job summary

Kellanova Co. in Turkey seeks a procurement professional to oversee the supplier base for raw and packaging materials in assigned categories.

You will implement global/regional category strategies and drive COGS saving projects, while ensuring on-time deliveries and supplier performance across the factory network. Responsibilities include establishing procurement strategies, leading negotiations on price, quality, and terms, and providing commercial leadership for new supplier introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or Business Adminstration or related field.
• 1-3 years of Commercial/Purchasing experience preferably in FMCG.
• Knowledge of SAP MM Modul is preferred.
• Advanced user of MS Office applications especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Establish procurement strategies for raw & pack materials aligned with global/regional category teams.
• Lead development and execution of COGS initiatives and specification changes with stakeholders.
• Own the Resilience program in Turkey with SQA & R&D for dual sourcing target.
• Negotiate supplier terms: price, lead times, MOQs and payment terms to maximize value.
• Provide commercial leadership for new supplier introductions and approvals.
• Manage PPV and buying performance metrics.
