Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Project Budget Reporting Specialist for our Technical & Production team in Karacabey, Bursa.

The role focuses on transparent, accurate financial reporting across a project portfolio, ensuring budgets, actuals and forecasts are reliable and compliant with Nestlé standards. You will coordinate with Finance, Engineering and Procurement, manage incentives, and support governance with timely insights and KPI analysis.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Admin, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in investment and incentive reporting, ideally in a factory or supply chain environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and report budgets, actuals, commitments and forecasts in SAP and NIMT monthly and quarterly.
• Consolidate project budgets and perform variance analysis to support actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, finance teams and government incentive lists.
• Prepare investment and incentive documentation in line with Nestlé SOPs and policies.
• Maintain audit-ready project financial documentation and KPI data.
